He got his colleagues and students to try and redefine propaganda as 'information that stems from people who are challenging big businesses profits', ie Vegans, anti-frackers, Corbyn, etc
Eliot Higgins who openly works for the Atlantic Council (an organisation set up to try and deflect verifiable truth reported by Russian media that proves the west is run by Pirates, at best!), yet somehow Piers Robinson, a self proclaimed expert on Syria and Propaganda just suggests there is a "clear connection" to his followers, which will make them question whether or not Higgins actually does work for the Atlantic Council (unless they research it themselves).
An action that will give so-called Conspiracy Theorists and 'Russian Trolls' (like what Piers pretends to be) a bad reputation for fact checking (trust me warmongers depend on every little crumb), whereas Higgins had 0% of his claims verified before this, now proving he works where he says he does gets him on the ladder of truth at 0.00001% of his claims bring proven!

Piers retweets his student claiming basic factual information is propaganda.

He got his student who posted this pro agribusiness attempt at redefining the word propaganda to delete the tweet because someone I'd noticed his not so cunning plan (to dumb down a warmongering UK foreign policy propagandist), whilst at the same time redefine the word on home soil to belittle Vegans, anti-frackers, Corbyn, Russia & anyone else who they see as a threat to political and economic pirates!

To be effective, however, the process of “manufacturing dissent” must be carefully regulated and monitored by those who are the object of the protest movement.
