Didn't hear you Smucks commenting on the illegal war on Libya, or the plundering of their resources now! How many fish and animals died during the billion pounds worth of bombing and pollution caused by them?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Millions is the answer and now your trying to get publicity and money for your pathetic jobs by highlighting the plight of a few sh'ty fish. Why don't you all just find a drain pipe, slime down in to it and get someone to pull the trigger on a machine gun down it - we'd all be better off then xx
Have you been mentally assessed. Paranoia is controllable by medication these days. You have to be careful that you're not a danger to yourself and others.
ReplyDeleteYou could of at least put some effort into your MCS style painfully crazed reply!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIn summary: if I've learned anything, it's that I don't much care for mood-altering substances. But I'm not afraid of them either. With one exception.
It's perhaps the biggest threat to the nation's mental wellbeing, yet it's freely available on every street – for pennies. The dealers claim it expands the mind and bolsters the intellect: users experience an initial rush of emotion (often euphoria or rage), followed by what they believe is a state of enhanced awareness. Tragically this "awareness" is a delusion. As they grow increasingly detached from reality, heavy users often exhibit impaired decision-making abilities, becoming paranoid, agitated and quick to anger. In extreme cases they've even been known to form mobs and attack people. Technically it's called "a newspaper", although it's better known by one of its many "street names", such as "The Currant Bun" or "The Mail" or "The Grauniad" (see me – Ed).
Extract from Charlie Brookers | The most dangerous drug isn't meow meow. It isn't even alcohol ... Newspapers are the biggest threat to the nation's mental wellbeing

Now I agree with you 100% on that one. Your rabid posts are rather more in line with a certain worst kind of newspaper though. If you sound less like a mental case more people might take note of what you say. Having your facts right helps too of course.
ReplyDeleteI have nothing to do with MCS, but they are a good organisation. Compare what THEY have achieved with what YOU have achieved for the seas.
Despite what you say about the newspapers, your points about the Chagossians sound like they are lifted straight from the worst of the papers and from websites which also don't deal with facts. If you read the scientific literature and look for unbiased and reliable information (hard to tell, I know) you will see that the popular Guardian newspaper type info is very incorrect and made for emotional appeal rather than fact. You fell for it!
Sounding a bit rattled there Karl!
ReplyDeleteRattled?
ReplyDeleteKarl?
Shows how little you know!
I'd be anonymous too if I stuck up for a society that condemned Sir David Attenborough, supported ethnic cleansing and knew next to nothing about the Marine Environment. Take it you've not been following my posts on Facebook to The Marine Con Society over the past 2 years?
ReplyDeleteNo.
ReplyDeleteI'm anonymous because that's the option that your blog gives. I don't want my URL about to get even more junk.
You have this tendency to make wild assumptions and then go with them as though they're fact. I totally support Sir David Attenborough's stance on population and in fact lectured on that subject LONG before Sir David got around to it. My only issue with Sir David is that it took him so long to do so.
Ethnic cleansing is abhorrent.
I haven't been following you Facebook posts. If you can tell me any positive thing you have done for the environment in any shape or form then I might accept that you are in a position to criticise.
It's always easier for people to pull down others to their level rather than go to the effort of climbing up themselves!
You're a sad case.
Who'd want to be man of the people when there's people like you!
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha ha ha!
ReplyDeleteYou think you're a man of the people! Ha ha ha ha ha ha....
