The otters in the picture are not willingly co-operating with man as The Guardian tries to make its readers believe, they have been trained against their will to catch fish whilst tied up and held captive!
This mirrors Chomsky's analyses of the mass media 'Manufacturing Consent' of the general public to establish conformity and acceptance to authority and social hierarchy.
Manufactured Consent is a propaganda model, used by the corporate media to sway public opinion and instil individuals with values and beliefs that favor the elite - just like a chain and hunger do to captive otters.
All mainstream media have an agenda that supports their neocon rulers policies, even the Guardian through the work of assistant editor Simon Tisdal whose articles blatantly favor (without saying so) the U.S. sponsored installing of the pro-Nazi government in Ukraine!
The repetition of which by all mainstream media will manufacture consent for neocon political strategies through brainwashing people by regurgitating agendas that are eventually seen as the truth!
Just like tied up, captive and trained otters that eventually co-operate and regurgitate fish for their masters!
