Whatever happened to John Kerry and the americans love of his anti-war stance?
After all the evil he exposed about american involvement in Vietnam, he now supports it in every country the USA has military involvement in (mostly for resources or as he mentions here, bravado!).
From torture to statements like "the arrogance of Vietnamesing the Vietnamese", "nothing actually threatens the USA in this area", "stop handing out candy bars to gain locals support" and the lack of support to veterens on their return to the USA; plus many more eloquently said facts!
There is no difference between these issues he highlighted in 1971 than present day issues like Guantanamo Bay, Russianising the Russians (etc), America still (lol) being so remote that no country is any real threat to it, Victoria Nuland handing out food at Maidan in Ukraine and the ongoing lack of support for American veterans, besides the fact American soldiers are needed at home to take over from the thugs that currently police the country!
