Deliberate Warming of Arctic Suspected As One Agenda of Aerosol Geoengineering

Dane Wigington of Geoengineering Watch covers new evidence revealing the undisclosed motives behind the global aerosol geoengineering (GE) operation know to most observers as “chemtrails” . To make his point he refers to a 2006 article that appeared in The Guardian:
“Humans have provoked the worst spate of extinctions since the dinosaurs were wiped out 65m years ago, according to a UN report that calls for unprecedented worldwide efforts to address the slide. The report paints a grim picture of life on earth, with declining numbers of plants, animals, insects and birds across the globe, and warns that the current extinction rate is up to 1,000 times faster than in the past.”
Wigington says the Chemtrail GE operation that began in the mid-1990′s grew to cause a planetary imbalance in ocean currents and normal oscillations in the atmosphere. Instead of halting the GE operation to return climate balance, the military expanded the aerosol operation thinking more aerosols could “control” the destructive feed-back loops.
It’s my opinion that the military decided to expand the GE aerosol spraying because chemtrails are integral to the military’s stated mission of, “Owning the Weather in 2025″ - a 1996 document that clearly outlines Weather Modification as critical to the joint military objective of “ Full Spectrum Dominance “
It’s no longer a secret that NASA, the military and US federal agencies entered into a national weather modification program in 1966. This followed a 1958 report from the military that ionospheric heaters and powerful beams of electromagnetic radiation could modify the ionosphere and control the climate.

Technologies that were developed during and after WWII were ready for development and application for commercial and military use. Space-based technologies progressed rapidly following the military’s mission to arm rockets with nuclear warheads.
The death of Nikola Tesla in 1943 gave the FBI access to all of his notes and documents that would add to development of electromagnetic technologies that could yield enormous power in the atmosphere and within the earth.
A new generation of scientists and engineers had little history or interest of the past decades of geoengineering plans to warm the arctic in order to open up new shipping lanes and access to oil. Plans to introduce Global Warming were actually well received by meteorologists and scientists. One proposal included using nuclear bombs and another idea was to deliberately destroy the ozone layer by launching rockets containing chemicals.
Amnesia and Orwell: Imagine the surprise when the anticipation of finally having the means to warm the climate with large-scale geoengineering projects suddenly gave way to an academic paper that indirectly pointed to a rise in atmospheric levels of CO2.
It defies explanation and makes no sense that a world ready to warm the climate through geoengineering is suddenly in mortal fear that CO2 could do the job for free. A sudden 180 degree turn where expectations of warming the arctic give way to fear that the arctic “might” be warming doesn’t pass the sniff test.
It makes more sense that the agenda to warm the arctic has never changed. Instead of using atomic bombs it was now possible to use ionospheric heaters (HAARP) to alter the jet stream for pulling warm air into the arctic. And the original idea of launching rockets to destroy the ozone layer to more quickly melt the ice could now be accomplished by spraying chemical aerosols.
Never Let a Good Crisis Go to Waste: Chemtrails, ionospheric heaters, and Tesla devices can create climate crisis after climate crises while hiding behind the confusion of plausible deniability. Jet tankers can spray aerosols to warm and destabilize the climate all day while most people will simply accept the pollution as “climate mitigation” – not the draconian assault on health and welfare that it is.
Activists incorrectly assume that chemtrails are the undisclosed version of a Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering (SAG) widely promoted as a temporary relief from the heat of climate change due to rising CO2 . This propaganda suggests that chemtrails are already reflecting sunlight back into space to temporarily mitigate effects global warming. Activists would need to suffer another decade of chemtrails to find out since geoengineer, David Kieth has put the timeline for SAG mitigation to around 2022 at the earliest. Complacency results when unwarranted optimism is the assumption that geoengineering would finally become public knowledge if authorities decided to “go live” with SAG. This delusional state of complacency continues to be a barrier to meaningful action.
