Absolutely disgraceful BBC 'paedophile' protecting; whilst promoting animal torturing!
Lord Hall has censured Chris Packham for his tweet calling badger cullers brutal thugs, yet the BBC won't even allow him to view my letter of complaint about a tweet of Dara o Briain's admitting he's is a paedophile!
Their reply to my official letter of complaint:
"The Trust does have a role in the complaints process, but only at the final stage, hearing complaints on appeal"
Though Lord Hall censured Mr Packham as soon as he got a politicians letter about it!

Dear Mr Brindley,
Thank you for your letter to the BBC Trust addressed to Lord Hall. I am responding as a member of the BBC Trust Unit which supports and advises the Chairman and the Trustees.
I note your concern about a Dara O’Briain’s twitter activity.
I should clarify that the role of the BBC (headed by Lord Hall) is distinct from the BBC Trust (headed by Lord Patten). The BBC Trust has no role in day to day operational or editorial decisions, such as staff behaviour on twitter. Although the Trust sets the overall strategy for the BBC, responsibility for the BBC’s editorial decisions rests with the Director-General as Editor-in-Chief.
As the Trust is therefore not in a position to involve itself at this stage, I am forwarding your email to BBC Audience Services so that they can provide you with a response on behalf of the BBC’s management.
The Trust does have a role in the complaints process, but only at the final stage, hearing complaints on appeal. The management must first have had an opportunity to respond. You can find details of the complaints process at www.bbc.co.uk/complaints.
I hope this will be helpful.
Yours sincerely
Kate Whannel

Thanks for contacting us.
We understand you have concerns with comments made on Dara O'Briain's Twitter account.
We will not be providing a response to your contact as this has nothing to do with the BBC. Dara O'Briain's Twitter account is a personal one and he is not representing or speaking on behalf of the BBC. We will not, therefore, get involved in a social media dispute between two individuals.
Thanks again for contacting us.

Dear Lord Hall
I hereby make an official complaint about Dara o Briain 'joking about' and then confessing to being a paedophile on twitter.
I consider this to be disgraceful behavior on both counts.
I made a complaint through the BBC's online complaints website page but have yet to receive a reply.
Below are the final tweets between each other, with my tweet telling him he is now 'blocked' being the final correspondence between each other and the one telling him he should inform the police being made after he 'confessed' to being a paedophile.

Yours Sincerely
